Welcome to Babeet, a property booking platform that connects customers with property owners. By accessing or using Babeet (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
"Babeet" refers to the booking platform operated by Mstoor for real-estate.
"User" refers to anyone accessing or using the Platform (customers, property owners, or guests).
"Customer" refers to a user booking a property.
"Property Owner" refers to a user listing and renting out properties.
"Booking Fee" refers to the fee charged to customers for reservations.
"Commission" refers to the fee charged to property owners for successful bookings.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use Babeet.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Booking requests are subject to property owner approval.
A non-refundable booking fee is charged upon reservation.
Full payment for the stay is processed as per the property owner’s terms.
Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed before booking.
You must provide accurate property details, pricing, and availability.
Babeet charges a commission fee (a percentage of the booking total) for each confirmed reservation.
Payouts are processed after the guest’s stay, minus applicable fees.
Customers: Refunds (if applicable) depend on the property’s cancellation policy. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Property Owners: Cancelling a confirmed booking may result in penalties or removal from the Platform.
Customers must respect property rules, pay on time, and avoid damages.
Property Owners must maintain accurate listings, honor bookings, and ensure properties meet safety standards.
Fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activities are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Babeet collects a booking fee from customers and a commission from property owners.
Additional fees (e.g., cleaning fees, security deposits) are set by property owners.
All fees are displayed before booking confirmation.
Babeet facilitates bookings but is not responsible for property conditions, guest behavior, or disputes between users.
Users agree to resolve conflicts directly; Babeet may mediate but has no obligation to do so.
Users must not:
Post false listings or mislead others.
Engage in fraudulent transactions.
Violate local laws or property regulations.
Harass other users or Babeet staff.
Babeet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Users may delete their accounts at any time, but pending transactions must be resolved.
Babeet may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court.
